On September 25, 2024, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association (JTEA), the Australian Office (AO), and the Canadian Trade Office Taipei (CTOT) held the tenth Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF) Joint Committee meeting. In the meeting, the GCTF full partners reviewed this year's GCTF activities and exchanged views on priority areas of cooperation in 2025.

As 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the GCTF's establishment, the meeting also focused on its upgrading and transformation, exploring advanced strategies for the framework's continued growth and development.
