To assist Caribbean and Latin American nations in promoting employment in the post-pandemic recovery, Taiwan, the United States, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines jointly held an international workshop on June 6, 2023, entitled "Cultivating Tomorrow's Talents: Technical and Vocational Training Tools and Techniques for Developing States in the Caribbean and Latin America." The overseas seminar is part of the Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF). (E)
