In order to deepen the cooperation between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the international medical and public health community and underscore the importance and urgency of Taiwan's participation in the World Health Organization (WHO) and World Health Assembly (WHA), Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and Australia held during the 76th WHA session the "GCTF Workshop on Post-COVID-19 Era: An Opportunity to Build Sustainable Preparedness for and Response to the Next Pandemic" on May 23, 2023, in Geneva, Switzerland.
